Allergen Information
Do your cakes contain allergens?
Yes — my cakes are made using ingredients that may contain allergens such as eggs, milk, wheat (gluten), nuts, and soya. The specific allergens present will depend on the flavour and design you choose.
How will I know which allergens are in my cake?
When you place an order, I’ll provide you with a full list of allergens contained in your chosen cake. I’ll also include this information with your order on collection or delivery.
Do you offer allergen-free cakes?
All of my cakes are made in a home kitchen where allergens including eggs, milk, gluten, nuts, soya, and others are regularly used. While I take care when handling ingredients, I cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens. As such I cannot offer allergen-free cakes.
Ordering & Availability
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling out the order form on my website. Once I receive your form, I’ll get in touch to confirm the details, check availability, and provide a quote. Your booking will only be secured once the deposit is paid.
How much notice do you need for a cake order?
I recommend giving as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment, as my diary can fill up quickly — especially for weekends and popular dates. For wedding cakes, I recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to secure your date. Custom cakes, cupcakes, and biscuits typically require 2–4 weeks’ notice, depending on availability. Feel free to get in touch to check last-minute availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit is required to secure your booking.
For orders under £50, a £10 deposit is due.
For orders over £50, a 20% deposit is required.
Your order isn’t confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due a week before collection.
How much do your cakes cost?
Prices vary depending on the size, design, and decoration of the cake. To get an accurate quote, please fill out the order form with your cake details, and I’ll get back to you with a personalised price.
Do you deliver?
Yes — delivery is available. Delivery fees apply based on distance and set-up requirements.
Can I send you a photo of a cake I like?
You’re welcome to send inspiration photos, but i don’t directly copy other bakers’ designs. We’ll work together to create a unique design just for you.
